All late pledges come with the same promos as regular pledges and will be shipped at the same time, around March 2022.

Note that, in compliance to the EU and UK laws, VAT will also be charged for EU and UK backers. European countries that are not part of the European Union or UK will not be charged VAT.
Unfortunately, different import laws and customs, prevents CMON from shipping to certain specific countries or regions. We don't ship to: Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Afghanistan.
We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes.

By confirming your order, you agree that this sale is final and no refunds will be issued except at our absolute discretion. You further acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented on Kickstarter or other relevant site. You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into the pre-order system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities. You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. Refunds will be net of all handling costs and credit card processing fees. Refunds and/or cancellation requests will only be considered before we begin the process of packaging your pledge for shipping.

Pledge Manager Launching

Howdy Survivors,
We know that many of you must have seen the recent announcement that BackerKit and CMON are joining forces, and we're very pleased to announce that very soon you’ll be receiving a link to your pledge manager, the BackerKit survey!
Releasing the Zombicide: Undead or Alive pledge manager with BackerKit marks the very start of our partnership and the very first time a third party will be handling our pledge manager.
The invitation process can take some time, our goal is to have all surveys out by Thursday, so please don't worry if you haven't received your email yet. Also, please note that you don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, just click the survey link to respond.
Completion of the survey is the single most important part of ensuring that you receive your pledge.
On the survey system you will be able to specifically select what optional buys you want to include in your pledge. If you want additional Pledges (Stretch Goals and Daily Duels included), as well as additional copies of the Optional Buys, you will be able to purchase those as well. You will also be able to define and confirm your shipping address and pay for your shipping cost once everything is selected.
MAKE SURE YOU PAY AND SUBMIT YOUR SURVEY BY THE DEADLINE. Please be advised that this is the final deadline to guarantee your pledge and that we will produce based on the numbers of confirmed orders in BackerKit. We will no longer be making limited Late Confirm Packs available, so if you fail to confirm your survey by the deadline, we will be completely unable to offer you a pledge later.
For backers familiar with the BackerKit system, please be advised that unlike other projects, your payment will be processed immediately as soon as the order is placed. You’ll still be able to edit your address until the deadline, but the items of your pledge (pledge level and optional buys) will be locked as soon as the order is finalized, no longer being editable from then on. So be sure to fill out your survey carefully, including all the products you want, within the November 1st deadline.
Please note that you’ll be receiving the survey in the same email that you’ve backed the Kickstarter project (or late pledged in pledg.it). If you need to check your information or pledge status at any time, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our Zombicide: Undead or Alive BackerKit project page. If you don't receive your survey invite by Friday, you should also be able to locate it on the BackerKit project page.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, or If you have any issues/questions, please make sure to contact Support.
If you want, you can change your pledge level in the survey by clicking the "switch your pledge level" link at the beginning of the survey, or by clicking the on your pledge level.
After you started to fill out the survey (but hasn't completed yet) you ca change the pledge level by clicking on your pledge level towards the top of the page.
And then click on "Switch Pledge levels?" on the 'Your pledge information' window box.

Howdy Survivors,
How're y'all doing this week? We're still ankle-deep in proofreading, though more and more files have been approved. On top of that, over the past few days, we've been working with the factory to get the vacuum tray samples. Since we have size variations from the standard Walkers to really big Abominations like the Wendigo, there's been more back and forth than usual to get an ideal layout. Regarding the Pledge Manager, as stated in the previous update (update #98), the current estimate is still set for the end of this month, so stay tuned for that.

Moving on, we have a small update to the Steam Dice that comes in the Gears & Guns Expansion. Originally, the Steam Dice was meant to be a light yellow cream color with orange pips.

However, when the Steam Dice are rolled together with the Undead or Alive Core Box wooden dice, the base colors looked a bit too similar. This might've made it harder to immediately see whether a 'depleted' symbol was rolled.

Thus, we decided to take a different tack and went with a dark rust-colored base, keeping to the steampunk theme and easing the distinction between Steam Dice and standard dice rolled.

Howdy Survivors!
It's been another long fortnight for the team working on Zombicide: Undead or Alive. Revising files, reviewing samples, aligning schedules with the factory, and working on everything to get the game ready for production. We have also been working on the pledge manager and planning its release, which should happen towards the end of this month.
In the last updates we have been taking a look into Zombicide: Running Wild expansion resins. We have shared pictures of the Survivors on horseback as well as the Kickstarter Exclusive Promo Sister Temperance. Today we close the series with the resins of the dismounted Survivors!
Looks like our Rider friends have parked by the ole waterin' hole to give their horse friends a break!

And when the Survivors dismount to enter buildings their horses patiently wait for them. The Lone Horses come originally as tokens in the expansion but can be replaced by miniatures with the Lone Horse Pack Optional Buy, which includes 6 miniatures in 2 different poses.
Some lone horses are grazing in the distance. One raises its head when it hears us approach.

Howdy Survivors!
Production's been moving along well for Zombicide: Undead or Alive. Recently the trickle of files from our graphics department has turned into a torrent and now we're up to our knees in proofreading. But before we dive our heads back into the files, here's a short update!
Well well, looky what we got here! Bringing up the rear, it's Sister Temperance and her donkey, marching to the beat of their own drum. As previously mentioned, she's a Kickstarter Exclusive that'll be available when you add the Running Wild Expansion to your pledge or select the Full Steam pledge when the Pledge Manager opens. (This date has yet to be determined, but when it does, we'll definitely post about it in a dedicated update. )

We hope everyone is safe and well. Today we have some very nice resin samples to share, but before, an important announcement.

Important announcement to Norway backers
We’re afraid we have some bad news for backers in Norway. Recent changes in Norway legislation have created severe difficulties for us to deliver pledges to the countries in our recent campaigns. Due to the value of the goods shipped we’re unable to register to the VOEC scheme, and for this reason our packages are suffering harsh impediments to cross the border, being held in customs for large periods of time and still eventually being returned. The situation got to an unsustainable point where we have no other choice but to simply cease delivering pledges to Norway. We understand and share in your frustration, but regrettably we will be fully refunding all pledges to Norway and blocking any such pledges for the foreseeable future. Please note that although we can no longer ship to Norway, it is also possible for Norwegian backers to opt to receive the pledges in a different country (if they are able to) directly in the Pledge Manager when it releases. Our Customer Service team is starting to work on reaching out to the identifiable Norwegian backers (the ones with the country identified in Kickstarter) to proceed with the refunds (if the address change is not wanted). For Norway backers that haven’t identified their country in Kickstarter and can't or don't want to change address, please make sure to reach out to http://support.cmon.com.
Now, as mentioned, we have some mighty fine Survivors on horseback from the Running Wild Expansion that are ready for a showin'.

The expansion comes with a total of 13 miniatures: 6 Riders, 6 standard Survivors and 1 Abomination. Backers who add it to their pledge during the Kickstarter will receive the exclusive Sister Temperance and her faithful donkey. (For more details, check out the dedicated post here.)
While mounted on a horse (or donkey), these Survivors are in 'Rider' mode, giving them access to additional abilities. Rider class Survivors are able to dismount from their noble steeds and walk around the map without their horses, though today's post will be dedicated to their mounted counterparts.
