Zombicide: Undead or Alive - Late Pledge

All late pledges come with the same promos as regular pledges and will be shipped at the same time, around March 2022. Note: In order to purchase an Optional Buy you must select one of the Pledges Important Shipping Information Note that, in compliance to the EU and UK laws, VAT will also be charged for EU and UK backers. European countries that are not part of the European Union or UK will not be charged VAT. Unfortunately, different import laws and customs, prevents CMON from shipping to certain specific countries or regions. We don't ship to: Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Afghanistan. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes. TERMS AND CONDITIONS By confirming your order, you agree that this sale is final and no refunds will be issued except at our absolute discretion. You further acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented on Kickstarter or other relevant site. You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into the pre-order system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities. You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. Shipping Update

Howdy Survivors, 

We hope everyone is well! On our end, the delivery of the pledges continue. Let's check how's the situation:

USA Hub: The first containers arrived around 2 weeks ago at the port, then, it took some days to arrive at the fulfillment hub.  The second batch of containers will be arriving at the fulfillment hub the following week where they will be sorted. The third batch of containers is expected to clear customs on 11th November, estimated to arrive at the fulfillment hub at the end of November. 

Please note that after the logistics issues we've had in the recent past, we've changed the fulfillment partner for this project, in order to ensure a smooth delivery process to our backers. However, the change required a delay in fulfillment as shipments had to be rerouted. 

Currently, the first batch of pledges is expected to start their dispatch from Monday, November 7th, onwards, and fulfillment is estimated to continue up till early December. Please keep an eye out for tracking numbers in your emails!

Canada Hub: All containers have arrived at the hub and pledges have begun being dispatched. We're uploading the tracking numbers to the system as we receive them.  

Asia, Australian, EU, and UK Hubs:  Shipment of all pledges has been completed. If you haven't received your pledge or a tracking number by now, please reach out to our Customer Service.

Howdy Survivors, 

Hope you've all been well. Here's a quick update on how shipping is progressing:

USA Hub: Since the last update, the containers have hit the road again. The pledges from the first containers are expected to start their dispatch in the coming week. 

Canada Hub: The containers are arriving at the hub and pledges are projected to start going out by next week. 

EU, and UK Hubs: The last container has been dispatched and tracking numbers are being uploaded. If you haven't received your pledge or tracking number by now, please wait a few more days before contacting Customer Service, as your pledge may be still in transit and/or tracking number not yet uploaded.

Asia and Australian Hubs:  Shipment of all pledges has been completed. If you haven't received your pledge, or even a tracking number by now please reach out to our Customer Service

Howdy Survivors, 

Here's an update on the shipping of pledges:

USA Hub: Due to Hurricane Ian, the port is still closed and none of the containers have been discharged yet.

Canada Hub: The container to Canada is still on its way, but should be reaching the port within the next week or so. 

EU, and UK Hubs: The first containers have been processed at the hub and some backers are beginning to receive their pledges! If you haven't, don't fret as there are still containers being processed and unloaded. 

Asia and Australian Hubs:  Shipment of all pledges has been completed. If you haven't received your pledge, or even a tracking number by now please reach out to our Customer Service.

Today we'll be sharing a guide on how to go about submitting a support ticket to our Customer Service team!

Submitting a Support Ticket

Whether it's due to a mistake at the factory or an accident during delivery, sometimes pledges arrive with missing or faulty items. We know this is a nuisance that backers would like to see resolved as quickly as possible, and our Customer Service team does its best to get these issues sorted out quickly. However, working through these part replacement tickets is a tricky and time-consuming task, which becomes exponentially slower and mistake-prone if the backer sends unclear or insufficient information. To avoid this, we've prepared a little guide for backers to follow when submitting support tickets. The clearer the information you send, the faster Customer Service can resolve everybody's issues!

The following section applies IF YOU'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM OR YOUR PLEDGE IS MISSING AN ITEM:

1) Go to support.cmon.com and click on Submit a Request on the top right of the page.

2) Choose Parts Replacement as the request type.

3) Fill out all the required fields carefully.

Subject: This should include the project name and the issue you have. ie: "Zombicide: Undead or Alive - Missing Meg Survivor ID Card" or "Zombicide: Undead or Alive -  Broken miniatures".

  •  Description: List out clearly each issue you have on a separate line.
  •  Product: Indicate clearly what product you're referring to, including the box name and SKU code. You can find the SKU code on the back of the box, right above the barcode:
The SKU code for the Zombicide: Undead or Alive core box is ZCW001.
  •  Figure: If you have an issue with a plastic figure, make sure to list its Name and Code. You can find the Code on the bottom of the base:
Turner's code is 14.
  •  Cards: Indicate the Type, Character Name, etc, of the card you have an issue with.
  •  Missing Items: If you have a missing component, look into the rules or back of the box to supply the most accurate name for it.

So, for example, this would be a very clear and helpful Description section:

ZCW001 Zombicide: Undead or Alive

- #14 Turner: Figure is missing his right arm.

- 1 plastic Survivor Dashboard is missing.

- Tiles - Train tile 11V/R is damaged.

ZCW-KS04 Deadstock Abominations Pack: Box lid is damaged.

ZCW-KS05 Long-dead Walkers

- One #37 Long-dead Walker is deformed.

  •  Attachment: Make sure to attach individual photos of all the damaged or faulty components.  Please send photos that clearly show the item and the issue with it.

All that done, just click SUBMIT. Try submitting only a single ticket addressing all your issues, as the more tickets we receive, the longer it takes to go through them all. After that, we do need to ask you to be patient, as we are dealing with a large number of tickets at the moment and it does take time to sort everything out. But rest assured, any issues will be resolved.


IMPORTANT: IF YOU ALREADY SUBMITTED A TICKET, PLEASE DON'T SEND A NEW ONE JUST TO INCLUDE THIS EXTRA INFORMATION. That would only confuse the process for Customer Service at this point. If they have any doubts, they will ask you for further information.

How's everyone been?

Here are the current shipping estimates for pledges of Zombicide: Undead or Alive:

USA Hub: Due to the hazardous conditions caused by Hurricane Ian, there have been delays at the port. At this point, we aren't able to estimate the extent of this delay but we will post an update as soon as things have settled down.  

Canada, EU, and UK Hubs: The containers are estimated to start arriving at the hubs in the first half of October. 

Asia and Australian Hubs: Pledges destined to all regions (including Singapore) have been dispatched, tracking numbers were uploaded, and backers have begun to receive their pledges! If you haven't received your pledge, or at least a tracking number by now, or, if you have any other inquiries, please make sure to reach out to our Customer Service.

Now, in light of the boxes arriving with backers, we'd like to give an estimate on how much space you can expect to prepare on your shelves for the pledges, using Kallax shelf slots as a benchmark.

With a Full Steam Pledge, expect to have around 2 slots on your shelf to be taken up by your boxes.

If you prefer, you could also stack the expansion boxes one on top of another to free up space on half the shelf.

If you've pledged for the Full Steam pledge with add-ons, there is still enough room to fit all your content in 2 shelf slots.

Extra Players Upgrade Set Mass Production Copy

Howdy Survivors, 

We hope everyone is well! We are very happy to announce that the first pledges have started to be delivered to backers in Asia! Here's an update on the shipping situation for all hubs:

Asia Hub: Pledges destined to all regions with the exception of Singapore have been dispatched and tracking numbers were uploaded. The container destined for Singapore is currently in transit and is expected to arrive towards the end of the month.

Australia Hub: Pledges are starting to be dispatched.

US, EU, and UK Hubs: Containers are on their way to the hubs and are expected to arrive towards the end of the month.

Canada Hub: Containers are on their way to the hub and are estimated to start arriving in early October. 

Important Information Regarding Address Change Requests: Our Customer Support team has been receiving many requests for address changes. Please note that changes to US, Europe, UK, and Canada hubs are still possible however, with the imminent deliveries, any address change request must be sent to our Customer Support by September 12th. This is to allow enough time for the team to process the requests and update the hubs with the new information.

Today we'll be sharing some pictures of the Extra Players Upgrade Set. This set is used to expand your games from 6 Survivors to up to 12 Survivors. Though be warned, this means more Zombies will spawn too!

The set comes with 6 of each Starting Equipment Card. This means players could potentially run a 12-man party of pan-wielding Survivors! (Any Zombies facing them will be cooked.)
